This program encourages the incorporation of innovative technological advancements with mail pieces to create multi-sensory, interactive experiences for recipients. This includes the use of scent, sound, taste, visual, textural, 3D, pop-ups, infinite folds, and more. Ink, substrates, finishes, and/or striking structural dimensions also help grab attention in ways static mail simply cannot. For marketers and advertisers, engagement is critical.
